First Date Hair, MakeUp And Outfit..

I went on a first date last night and I actually took photos and recorded a clip to show you!!

I think this is the best I've felt in a long time so I was uber confident. 

First I did my makeup..

Then my hair..

Then put my skirt and shoes on..

I thought I'd try something different with my hair today. I was inspired by Sarah Michelle Gellar in the movie Southland Tales. She looked AMAZING.

Today I decided to have my hair in an updo.
I was a tad unsure about it until my mum turned to me and said "You are very Zsa Zsa today."

And after comparing my hair to this photo, I am very Zsa Zsa today.

Oh Grandma, What Grey Hair You Have!

Normally, this is what my hair looks like when it's wet - fresh out of the shower.

I should have known something was wrong when my hairdye went THIS colour after five minutes of being applied.

Maybe if I had of washed it out sooner, I wouldn't have been left with this:

After a hysterical freak out session, two extra light pearl blonde hair colours and a much needed nights sleep, this is the colour I was left with.

'What's the big deal' you say? 'It's still blonde' you add?

Not to worry though, it's back to a beautiful blonde now.

Going to the shops with my mum - who else?
My wrist was taking a five minute break from it's bandage and as you can tell by my casual pose, I'm obviously on some AWESOME pain killers. I'll pay for it later though.

Makeup is simple and not clear in my phone pics so I wont bother getting into the items used.

I'm not wearing any jewelery due to the fact that my room is still looking like a bomb shelter. Instead of buying new stuff to put in there, shouldn't I organize the stuff I already have???!!

Curls Get The Girls..

OOTN - Friday.

As you all know, last night was my first date with "Italia". We went out for dinner on Lygon Street and I had a great night. He picked me up at 7.15 (I like a man who's early) and he took me home at midnight.

We went to dinner then we went for a drive through the city. We ended up on St Kilda beach and I took off my heels and walked up to my ankles in the water. I felt like the lady in the fountain in La Dolce Vita with my blonde hair and black dress. He thought I was crazy but admitted that if he wasn't wearing jeans and sneakers he would have came in too.

I think I'll definitely hang out with him again but after last night I want to concentrate on Richard Gere. It's nice to know I have options but I want to stick to one path and not stuff it up by being indecisive and playing the field.

I'm Suffering From 'The Droop'.

What a horrible week.
Drama, drama, drama.

After my shit morning I hung out at my friends shop for a little while, which made me feel better.

Now I'm sitting on the couch in my loungeroom after taking over an hour n a half to do my hair and makeup, only to realize that my hair has frizzed out, dropped out and now it looks like it's towel dry (due to the humidity in the air).

I'm sitting in front of an open window and it's raining outside. Rain has NEVER affected my hair. It's never made it go frizzy or fall out of place. Add bleach to that perfect hair equation and you get a beautiful blonde tone of droopy hair like photographed below..

Now I have to go and do my hair all over again only to have it last ten minutes then look totally crap all over again. Looks like I'm wearing my hair up tonight when I'm out with my friends. I really hope this is just a phase my hair is going through.
