My ASOS Order..

You know how a week ago I showed you a photo of the invoice for my ASOS order? 

Well I actually took some screen shots off their website of the items I ordered..

Sunglasses Haul

I haven't gone into the clothing store Dotti for close to a year because from what I've seen in the past, their clothing isn't my style. After walking in to their factory outlet in DFO with low expectations and walking out with ten pairs of sunglasses, two dresses and a skirt - I am super happy to have been proven wrong about them!

I wasn't going to reveal the price of the sunglasses because I intend on doing a few giveaways with these and I don't want you to think less of them because I got them for so cheap.. 

... BUT, I'm going to take the risk, tell you anyway and hopefully you will just see them as an AMAZING bargain, rather than a "cheap" pair of sunnies.. 

They were on sale for $5 each, reduced from their original price of $10, $15 and $20 (depending on the style) but I got them with an extra 50% off so they were only $2.50 each!!!! 

The black studded ones were still full price at $20 then I got the 50% discount so they came down to $10. The fact they were also on sale was just a bonus, I would have paid the full $20 for them - they're so funky!

And then we bought some double ups. We gave the red and daisy pair to my grandmother and my mum bought a daisy pair for herself. I bought a spare pair of the lips to send to a girlfriend of mine in America. 

I am going back this week to buy ten more pairs so I can do ten giveaways.

School's Out, For EVER!

I woke up this morning to the sound of my mums voice claiming to be me to whoever was at our front door. As soon as she said "Yep, I'm Bliss." I knew she was signing for the Sportsgirl parcel we ordered only two days ago!

I was sleeping on the couch at the time because at 3.30am this morning I still couldn't sleep. I dragged my doona, pillow and self to the lounge-room and played my Home Alone dvd. Instead of falling asleep during the movie like I had intended, I watched the whole thing and dozed off ten minutes after the movie finished.

The courier delivered the package so early this morning that instead of springing to life ready to rip open the parcel like I normally do.. I mumbled "That was quick." (referring to the fact we placed our order two days ago) and fell asleep mid sentence.

When I woke up properly, my mum and I organized ten lots of items that I have to vlog in the next day or two.. and then we went shopping. We got some great items from the MNG sale as it's only got four days to go and then we went into Cotton On - which was a mad house because they were having a sale. While we were looking around Cotton On, my mum and I decided to go to a local outlet centre so I put down the $5 top I was holding (as the line for registers was at least twelve people long) and headed for the car.

After a quick ten minute drive we were at the outlet centre, which is like a ghost town. I don't know how any of those businesses survive when we were the only customers in the entire shopping centre - literally!! I went a bit nuts at Guess because they were selling their last season summer clothes and then I went a bit more nuts at the Cotton On outlet. I even got my girlfriend Candy a pair of sandals in the style she loves for only $2.

When I got home, my boyfriend came to see me for an hour and we planned the holiday we are taking for my birthday in August. I can't wait!

Now that I've written this post I will be able to sit down with my bowl of pasta, can of Coke and eleven episodes of Boardwalk Empire. I'm keen for a marathon, but perhaps I'll aim to watch two or three tonight and see how I go.

The One Dollar Sale.

Yesterday I went late night shopping at Supre Factory Outlet and much to my surprise they were having a $1 sale on all items that were originally reduced to $2.50.

You're probably thinking that $2.50 is an AMAZING bargain to begin with, but think about it.. Instead of four items for $10, you get TEN items for $10.

Sounds a bit different when you put it into perspective, hey?

I ended up spending $15 (as I was low on money) but I got a few fantastic bargains. I bought five of these maxi skirts.

What's funny is that on the Supre website they are still full price at $18 each (plus postage)

I also got a few fluro knee length summer skirts and a handful of tops.

I'll be taking photos of all the items I bought tomorrow when the sun is out.

I'll also be going back to the warehouse sale to pick up some more great bargains asap.

Forever New Two For One Deal.

My local Forever New always has a 'buy one get one free' deal on their sale items.
That deal suited me well today when I found some things that I really wanted.

I have always been interested in this purple tye dye clutch but I didn't wanna spend $25 on it because I already have so many bags. When I see it today for $15 I just had to buy it.

I then got this hat for free because it was also on sale for $15 - reduced from $40.

This dress was originally $80 or $90 but it was on sale for $30.

I got the dress for free because I purchased this incredibly amazing skirt for $30.
As you can see, it was originally $80 (and so worth it).

So to sum it all up: I got $235 worth of clothes and accessories for the grand total of $45.
