L'Oreal Couture Blonde

When I read about the L'Oreal Couture Blonde Collection, I was ecstatic! I couldn't wait to see what they had come up with. However, my recent trip to Priceline left me very disappointed. 

Ten years ago when I started dying hair, Scandinavia was just another nice packet blonde by L'Oreal. 

Now it's part of their 'Couture Collection'.

I really thought they would create some new blondes - instead of repackaging a few of the old ones.

Another lot of gorgeous lipsticks but I hesitated over the price.. and because I couldn't decide what colour I liked the most!

Just Add Some Bleach..

While I'm on the subject of bleaching hair, I may as well add the photos I took of bleaching my mums hair.

It was a very similar process to my hair but with different products.. And the fact that she has grey regrowth - not black.

It's That Time Of The Week..

A week ago my hair looked like this. I had just bleached my hair, put a little bit of toner and treatment and it was BEAUTIFUL.

One week later and look..

The build up of black dye is STILL coming out of my scalp - and at such a fast rate that I'm having to dye my hair every ten days!

So today I went and bought my lightening blonde dye.

I'll leave it on for five minutes and it will look like this:

The dye will wash out, leaving my hair a scary colour like this:
(But I'll add some toner)

And voila!

Only difference is that this time, I'll add this colour for a couple of minutes.

I shall let you know how it turns out.

Can anyone recommend a nice super light blonde that isn't overly ash and isn't white?
I'm loving the warm blondes at the moment - especially for winter.
