Bathtime..

I'm about to have a bath, which usually means I am going to take off my nail polish.. 

I'm trying to decide which one I feel like wearing out of my new polishes..

International Swaps.

Recently a friend I made through YouTube suggested we so a swap. She lives in America so i agreed to send her Australian hair, beauty and jewelry items and she would do the same with items easily found I'm the USA. I have already bought her around fifteen items so these are just another six things i bought today to stockpile.

B By Bloom Collection Stand.

I am constantly looking for photos and swatch photos of B By Bloom nail polishes. After many efforts to find these photos, I gave up and went into Target. I thought that if I took a photo of the collection, you would at least get an idea of HOW AMAZING the colour collection is.

I love this range. This would have to be my favourite brand of nail polish.

Kink Nail Polish Swatches.

Remember last week when I wrote this post saying that I just had to try Kink nail polishes?

Tonight I went to Coles and bought four different shades. I bought three out of the ordinary glitter packed shades and one that looked like a basic nude tone.

I did not expect much from these polishes because they are

A) cheap

B) only available at Coles (which doesn't say much for quality)

and C) only have about eight colours in their entire range

I was SO shocked at the pigmentation, how fast each coat dries and the fact you only need two coats to get an amazing and thick coverage.

It's rare that I actually like a nail polish once it's on my nails. Most of them don't have a colour that transfers as well on to my nails as it looks just sitting pretty in the bottle. I was pleasantly surprised to see that each and every one of these nail polishes are a beautiful, stunning, unique, and interesting shade.

I will definitely be going back and buying every other colour they have available.

Now for my rating and opinion.

Price: $5 each or buy 2 get 1 free = 5/5

Packaging: Simple = 4/5

Value For Money: Off the charts - 5/5

Quality: Not sure of how long it lasts once applied but for the price, I'd buy five of the same colour anyway 5/5

I was so impressed by this product that I want to do a giveaway containing these polishes and I haven't even tried the lipglosses and eyeshadows yet!

I'm Equipped With Kink.

I don't know about you but I tend to stay away from certain things.

I have told you all about my "drugstore shoe" phobia and I may have even mentioned my "bottom of the barrel" makeup phobia, but today I was proven to be wrong. Yes I said it, I was WRONG!

I was looking back on my million fashion and makeup photos trying to weed through the ones I no longer like, ones I want to feature on my blog and just trying to get some organization happening. I'm one of those people who save every image I find interesting so I have over 100gb of internet-saved photos just sitting in unorganized folders on my laptop.

While having a Macbook spring clean (in winter) I found these two screen prints.

I can't even remember saving these photos and I can't for the life of me think why I didn't go out and buy these nail polishes straight away because they are STUNNING colours.

After seeing these photos today I realized they are both Australian brands.

Equip is an accessories store and Kink is a makeup brand only available from Coles.

The stupid thing is that I have never spent enough time in Equip to realize they stocked nail polish and I always purposely walk straight past the Kink brand in Coles because I feel like it's some cheap brand that has a lifespan of about three days.

I just went on the Kink website and found that I fell in love with at least one colour from each of their product ranges. They stock two types of lipgloss, eyeliner and nail polish. I even found myself making a wish list!

The best thing about Kink being only available in Coles is that Kink items are 'buy two get one free' Australia wide, so not only are they affordable but you get a bonus item too.

I think it's great that I had this wake up call. Now I wont miss out on possibly amazing items because I have a closed mind due to their price, stockist or cheesy packaging.

I'm twenty-three and I am now just accepting that not everything has to be a designer brand to be good quality and my grandfathers philosophy of "You get what you pay for.." no longer applies.

My Bangs Feel More Like A KABOOM.

No matter what tone of blonde my hair is, I HATE the fact that my fringe is short.

It makes me feel like a boy.

Today I found an entire folder of old photos and vlogs that I haven't even used and this was amongst them. Early this year towards the end of summer, my family went to the cinema and I took these photos.

The first photo makes me impatient for summer for three main reasons:

1 - The weather

2 - A tan

But last and most importantly:

3 - My fringe will have grown out
