Bungalow Decorating Update

Yesterday I hired a ute so my brother helped me bring home these two white leather Plush couches. I bought them from a thrift store. They were priced at $165 but my mum asked if that was the cheapest they would go and they dropped the price to $100. Unbelievable! Brand new they would have been in to $10,000 range and they aren't very used. I just need to give them a good clean and they will be perfect.

It was a mission getting them into the bungalow because they're soooo heavy. Afterwards, I almost threw up and my heart was racing.

I think they were worth the $100 and almost heart attack lol. Now to buy the cushions I showed you.

Vintage Pink

I love staying at my grandparents house. Everything about their house feels warm and positive. I always sleep in the 'pink room'. Can you tell from the photo why we call it that?

The photo of my great grandmother is perfect amongst the oya lace and vintage vanity bottles.

Time To Furnish My Bungalow.

I have an incredibly traditional boyfriend. So traditional that he won't step foot inside my house. He feels as though he would be disrespecting my family to come kick back in my room despite the fact we've been together a year.

As a win win situation, Im setting up the bungalow in my back yard so we can use it as a kick back room. I've decided on white, black and yellow. Here's some cushions I found in Target. They will go perfectly on the white leather couches I just bought from the St Vinnies thrift store.

I think ill start a decorating series as my bedroom and bungalow are about to get a make over.
