I'm PhotoReady - If You're Not Wearing White!

The other day my brother hugged me (this in itself is unexpected) but what was even more disturbing and unexpected is the fact that when the horrid event was over, the HAM in Champion was covered in a massive foundation swipe. From this I have taken the knowledge that Revlon Photo Ready may be ready for photos, but it isn't ready for clothes. This photo doesn't show the extent of transfer but you can definitely see the discolouration above "Champion".

Facing The Day..

 Here's a list of products I used.

On My FACE:
Foundation (1) - L'Oreal Studio Secrets in Gold Ivory
Foundation (2) - L'Oreal Matte Morphose Souffle Foundation in Rosy Sand
Cover Powder - Revlon PhotoReady in Light/Medium
Bronzer - Chi Chi Mosaic Bronzer in Dark
Blush (apples) - W7 in Perfect Pink

On My EYES:
Lid - Wet N Wild trio in I'm Getting Sunburned (gold tone)
Crease - Chi Chi palette in Beach Goddess (matte peach)
Brow Bone - Maybelline quad in Mocha (matte white)
Mascara - Australis TLC in Blackest Black

On My LIPS
Lipstick - Rimmel in Pink Gossip (applied as a stain)

In And On My HAIR:
Colour - Fudge in Pink Moon and Cherry Bomb.

Instructions (For Light Blonde Hair) - Take half a teaspoon of Pink Moon, half a teaspoon of Cherry Bomb and dilute (weaken colour/mix) with one cup of conditioner. Leave on your hair for less five minutes. Rinse in luke warm water. Do not shampoo out, it strips intensity and pigment from the colour.
Shampoo - L'Oreal Elvive in Damage Care.
Conditioner - L'Oreal Elvive in Damage Care.
Treatment - L'Oreal Elvive Leave In Conditioning Treatment Spray.

Time To Try Something New

It's that time of the week again.. Ugh you know what I'm talking about..

I can't go four days after dying my hair without having a half centimeter regrowth!

Don't get me wrong, there's no way I am complaining because this means my hair is growing super fast, it is just becoming a pain in the bum because I loathe regrowth but don't want to overdye my hair.

I decide it's time to give a new colour it's trial so this morning I got my mum to go and buy me a particular dye (as I was filming a vlog) and then filmed a before and after video.

I must say that I am incredibly pleased with the results.

My only complaints? The conditioner is too small, you need a pair of scissors to cut the tip off the application bottle (whereas normally it just snaps off) and it ITCHES.

I think for half an hour a fortnight I can keep some scissors handy, borrow some of my Organix conditioner and experience some itchy scratchies. It is well worth the colour I achieved.

Here are some "during" photos..

This was after I FIRST applied it..

I'm PhotoReady.

On Friday I went shopping with my mum and bought a few more of those Maybelline mascaras that are on sale at Coles. Altogether I have eleven new mascaras by Maybelline. I also have two coloured mascaras from Max Factor that I am yet to try and review.

Anyone who reads my blog or watches my vlog knows that I swear by Revlon Photoready foundation and cover powder so I thought I'd try the translucent powder aswell.
I put it on my hand in the store and the only reason I knew it was there was because it seemed to even the tone of my skin in that spot.

While I'm on the subject of Revlon and makeup, has anyone tried the new (to Australia) Revlon Aqua mineral makeup? I seen a poster in Big W (Australia's Walmart) and it looks amazing!

Let me know if you recommend it :)

Hammer.. And Nails.

Obviously the acrylic came off my big toe in this photo.

OOTN - Friday.

As you all know, last night was my first date with "Italia". We went out for dinner on Lygon Street and I had a great night. He picked me up at 7.15 (I like a man who's early) and he took me home at midnight.

We went to dinner then we went for a drive through the city. We ended up on St Kilda beach and I took off my heels and walked up to my ankles in the water. I felt like the lady in the fountain in La Dolce Vita with my blonde hair and black dress. He thought I was crazy but admitted that if he wasn't wearing jeans and sneakers he would have came in too.

I think I'll definitely hang out with him again but after last night I want to concentrate on Richard Gere. It's nice to know I have options but I want to stick to one path and not stuff it up by being indecisive and playing the field.
